打印预览的界面展示了当前的数据页面的整体视觉效果，并且在此界面和直接打印。

 

 

放大和缩小

可将页面显示的缩放比例调整到100% （）或调整为适合页面大小 （），或在下拉式选项中选择其他比例。 The display here works in exactly the same way as the printing to paper. Any slight differences between what you see and what you get are due to 字体上的差别.

页眉、页脚 Margins

可以在每页添加页眉和页脚。 点击 Show显示就可在打印时包含页眉页脚。如果想添加 <日期> 当天日期就可以添加上去，如果是 <页码> 这项功能就可以给页面编号。 Margins are altered by clicking the numbers -- you will see the effect in the print previews space at the right.

 

打印 （）

这也Windows系统的打印功能一致，默认值设为打印当前页。也可以在对话框中选择要打印的其他页。

 

页面中只有编号

如果打印后的页面中只有数字，没有其他内容，

是因为在打印前过分拉宽了列的宽度，超出了打印范围。 WordSmith 只能打印适合页面大小的数据列。可以缩小列的宽度或者将纸张设置为横向。
