Failed to Read Source Text

This may have happened

a) because you included a text file which happens to be empty (zero size), or

b) because your disk filing system has got screwed up or

c) it was converted but something went wrong.

 

Check the text file. Open it using Notepad and take a quick look: are there strange symbols in there?
