The mark-up to INclude section here shows four options when you load up a tag file.

 

•excluded: the tags won't get processed, you'll only see the words

•included: your tagfile tags will be processed:

 

ADVERTISING is both a noun and a verb in this BNC XML text.

 

•only tags, no words: the words do not get included

•only <tagged> words: words and their tags are included but words which aren't tagged get left out.
